Jump Rope to burn fat? Sure why not!

Sis, it looks easy but I'm here to tell you that this workout will kick your ass. If you're like me, you've probably been doing a ton of at home workouts and are feeling a bit stagnant with your results. Promise this is the workout to get you over that. REAL QUICK.
You can do it in the driveway or in the backyard and you don't even need the rope. If you have one, great! if not, don't worry about it. Just jumping with the motion will safice.
The Routine:
4 sets of 5 minutes jumping rope
Between each set, alternate:
• 25 push-ups (you can do these on your knees if you need to)
• 25 dips
• 100 crunches
BONUS: After you complete your 4 sets, finish off your workout with 25 burpees.
