Lariza Quintero is a lover of travel, fashion, music, and good food. She grew up in Jackson Heights, Queen and studied security because she had always been into technology and wanted to be a cop. She was interested in cyber crime. Today she lives in Dyckman New York and is the SEO Manager at Complex. What is a challenge you faced or currently face and how are you overcoming it? Balancing my work life and my passion is a challenge. Currently building my own e-commerce brand and social platform. I’m overcoming this through time management and dedication. It’s ok to miss out on stuff and work on your dreams.

What does it mean for you to be powerful?

Being powerful to me means living your life with purpose and leaving an impact on others. I hope to one day be an inspiration to younger girls, especially women of color in the tech field.
