I believe that everyone has a choice on how to live their lives; a very deep part of my happiness is helping others and giving back. I want my legacy to be the story of how a young Brooklyn girl wasn’t afraid to rub shoulders with the big boys and make her dreams come true. I take pride in being a woman who is a leading tastemaker in the fashion world and I am blessed to be an example to young people who are inspiring to leave a footprint in the world. I was given an opportunity in life to become great and I believe that the next generation will lead by example. I only work on projects that are sustainable and will live long after I am gone.There are two charities in particular that I have committed my time and resources towards, African Health Now and 14+.
